NMD90 cables are available as 2/3 conductor cables with a bare grounding conductor for enhanced safety. These cables are meticulously crafted using annealed (soft) copper conductors, with compressed stranding implemented for the stranded conductors to ensure durability and flexibility. Each individual conductor is insulated with a heat-resistant thermoplastic polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and further protected by a nylon jacket, enhancing the cable's overall resilience to heat and environmental factors.
The outer sheath of the NMD90 cable is also made from PVC, providing additional protection and lending to the cable's structural integrity. The conductors are color-coded for easy identification during installation, with the three-conductor cables featuring white, black, and red wires.
Application
1. In residential or commercial buildings, NMD90 cable is suitable for a variety of electrical installations in residential buildings, including the wiring of internal lighting, sockets and switches. In office and commercial buildings, NMD90 cables are used to connect computers, printers, and other office equipment.
2. Light Industrial Facilities: NMD90 cables are suitable for electrical needs in light industrial environments such as power wiring in small workshops and manufacturing units.
3. Underground or in-wall wiring: Suitable for concealed wiring underground or in walls, especially when operation in humid or dry conditions is required.
