At the same time, the cable uses environmentally friendly PVC insulation and sheath materials, which are flame-retardant and corrosion-resistant, and can work normally in the temperature range of -40℃ to +70℃, perfectly adapting to the indoor working environment of the UPS system. The NYM-J cable is used for fixed installation of the UPS system’s power input and output lines, with a total demand of 35000 meters. We provided NYM-J 3x4mm², 3x6mm² and 4x10mm² specifications, which are suitable for different power transmission needs. NYM-J cable is a VDE-approved fixed installation cable with solid copper conductors, PVC insulation and jacket, and a working voltage of 300/500V. Compared with other fixed installation cables, our NYM-J cable has a smaller bending radius (static bending radius is 4 times the outer diameter), which is convenient for installation in narrow spaces, and its insulation resistance is greater than 20 MΩ x km, ensuring long-term safe use without insulation failure. In addition, the gray outer sheath (RAL 7035) of the cable is wear-resistant and easy to identify, which facilitates the later maintenance of the project.

The YJV cable is used for long-distance power transmission between the UPS system and the power distribution cabinet, with a total demand of 42000 meters. We provided YJV 3x16mm²+1x10mm² and YJV 3x25mm²+1x16mm² specifications. YJV cable is a cross-linked polyethylene insulated PVC sheathed power cable, which has the advantages of high temperature resistance (long-term working temperature up to 90℃), strong pressure resistance and good anti-interference performance. Compared with traditional PVC power cables, YJV cable has better thermal stability and can adapt to the high-temperature environment generated during the long-term operation of the UPS system, and its service life is 30% longer than that of ordinary power cables. This is crucial for the customer, as it can reduce the frequency of cable replacement and lower the later maintenance cost.
