The 1x240mm² specification was used for the main power supply line of the olive pressing machine, which requires large current carrying capacity; the 3x50+1x25mm² and 3x120+1x70mm² specifications were used for the power supply of auxiliary equipment such as conveyors and oil pumps, ensuring the stable operation of the entire processing line.
The second model is HO5VV5-F, a PVC-insulated and PVC-sheathed fixed cable, provided in specifications of 2x1.5mm², 3x4mm², and 5x2.5mm². This model was applied to the factory’s auxiliary areas, including the control room, staff lounge, and warehouse. The cooperative chose this model because it has the advantages of low cost, easy installation, and good electrical insulation performance, which is fully suitable for the low-load, stable environment of auxiliary areas. Compared with HO7RN-F, HO5VV5-F is more cost-effective for fixed installation scenarios without frequent mechanical movement or harsh environmental impacts. The 2x1.5mm² specification was used for the lighting lines in the warehouse; the 3x4mm² specification was used for the power supply of the control room’s monitoring equipment; the 5x2.5mm² specification was used for the power supply of the staff lounge’s electrical appliances, meeting the daily power needs of each auxiliary area.
The third core model is HO7ZZ-F, a flexible copper conductor cable with PVC insulation and sheath, provided in specifications of 1x16mm², 3x25+1x16mm², and 4x10mm². This model was mainly used in the intelligent control system of the factory, including the connection lines between the PLC control cabinet and the sensors, and the power supply lines of the automatic packaging equipment. The key advantage of HO7ZZ-F is its excellent flexibility, which can be easily laid in narrow spaces and bent without damaging the insulation layer, making it suitable for the complex wiring requirements of intelligent equipment. In addition, its PVC insulation layer has good flame retardancy (complying with IEC 60332-1 standard), which can effectively prevent fire accidents caused by short circuits, ensuring the safety of the intelligent control system. The 1x16mm² specification was used for the signal transmission lines of the sensors; the 3x25+1x16mm² specification was used for the power supply of the automatic packaging machine; the 4x10mm² specification was used for the connection lines between the control cabinet and the equipment, ensuring the stable operation of the intelligent control system.
