The insulation layer is made of flame-retardant PVC material.

Second, for the MV-105 medium voltage cables, which are used for medium-voltage power distribution between the gas field’s production platforms and onshore control centers, we provided single-core models with specifications of 3/0 and 300 mcm, with a total purchase volume of 4,200 meters. MV-105 cables are medium-voltage power cables defined according to UL 1072, with a maximum working temperature of 105°C and strong heat resistance. Compared with ordinary medium-voltage cables, our MV-105 cables adopt EPR insulation material, which has better stability in high temperatures and dynamic loading, making it suitable for the complex operating conditions of the Malampaya Gas Field, where temperature variations are large. In addition, the cables are equipped with 100% copper tape shielding, which ensures even distribution of the electric field, reduces local stress concentration, and improves the safety of power transmission.

Third, for the Explosion-proof Cables, which are used in the gas field’s core production areas where flammable gases may leak, we recommended single-core models with specifications of 1x22mm² and 1x38mm², with a total purchase volume of 3,800 meters. These Explosion-proof Cables (also known as Ex-rated cables) are specially designed to prevent the ignition of flammable gases, vapors, or dusts in hazardous environments—a critical requirement for oil and gas projects. Compared with ordinary explosion-proof cables, our products adopt flame-resistant and intrinsically safe designs, ensuring that they do not generate enough heat or sparks to ignite flammable substances even in the event of a fault. The outer jacket is made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant material, which can withstand salt spray corrosion and mechanical damage, adapting to the harsh marine environment of the Malampaya Gas Field.
