In this project, we provided YJV cable of multiple specifications, including 3-core 50mm², 3-core 70mm² and 4-core 35mm², with a total quantity of 9000 meters, which are mainly used for power transmission between wind turbines and booster stations.

For the internal wiring of wind turbine control systems and electrical equipment, we selected H05V-R wire, which is a single-core PVC insulated flexible copper wire with excellent flexibility and insulation performance. It is suitable for fixed wiring in electrical equipment with AC voltage not exceeding 450/750V, and has certain acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance and moisture resistance, which can adapt to the harsh environment inside the wind turbine. The most critical specification in this project is 4mm H05V-R, which is mainly used for the connection of control components and sensors in the wind turbine, with a total quantity of 3200 meters. This specification of H05V-R has stable conductivity and good flexibility, which can effectively avoid wire breakage caused by the vibration of the wind turbine during operation.

For the mobile wiring of outdoor auxiliary equipment (such as maintenance tools and temporary lighting) in the wind farm, we provided H07ZZ-F wire. This wire is a halogen-free flexible wire with low smoke and halogen-free characteristics when burned, which can ensure the safety of personnel and equipment in case of fire. It can withstand medium mechanical stress, has good flexibility and low temperature resistance, and its operating temperature range is -5℃ to +70℃, which is suitable for outdoor mobile use in the Aegean coastal area with large temperature differences. We provided H07ZZ-F of 2-core 1.5mm² and 3-core 2.5mm² specifications, with a total quantity of 2800 meters, which effectively solved the problem of mobile wiring of outdoor equipment.
