Designed for use in environments where sustained heat resistance is required, SIA and SIAF cables have heat resistant properties up to 200°C and can also be employed at temperatures as low as -60°C. These cables are low smoke zero halogen and are suitable for power plants, a wide range of industrial applications in processing, packaging, refrigeration,foundaries, air craft construction and ship building.

Can I pull SIAF through conduit?

SIAF conduit installation may be possible when the governing rules allow it, but pulling tension and friction must be controlled. Do not use excessive lubricant unless material compatibility is documented. GERITEL WIRE can coordinate colour, marking, packaging and repeat-order traceability for mechanical engineers and maintenance teams once the technical specification is locked. Confirm whether the cable is fixed, occasionally moved or continuously flexed.

Does silicone wire resist crushing?
