Can you print our project name and meter marks on the sheath?
OEM marking can include model, voltage, size, standard, year, manufacturer or project information when legally and technically appropriate. A marking proof should be approved before manufacture. GERITEL WIRE treats custom cable sheath marking as a project-specific requirement, not a label-only substitution. GERITEL WIRE helps distributors compare the requested model name with the actual Cu/XLPE/PVC construction. The final choice must follow the approved datasheet, local code and installation design.
Do you offer private-label manufacturing for cable distributors?
For OEM Cu XLPE PVC cable manufacturer: Private-label supply can be discussed with controlled artwork, approved technical data, packaging and traceability. Certification and origin statements must remain accurate. GERITEL WIRE can coordinate third-party inspection when scope and timing are agreed in the purchase order. State any CPR, flame, UV, water or mechanical requirement separately in the enquiry.
Can the outer sheath be made in a customer-specified colour?
A project sheath colour may be possible subject to compound performance, pigment approval and production quantity. The chosen colour should not be used as a substitute for functional performance requirements. A reliable custom colour PVC sheathed cable decision therefore needs an approved construction and installation basis. GERITEL WIRE supports mixed-size project orders with cable-schedule review and practical export drum allocation. Confirm conductor class, core colours, drum lengths and inspection scope before production.
Can each drum be made to a specific cable length?
Yes, production drum lengths can be planned around route sections, joints, handling limits and container loading. Manufacturing tolerance and required spare length should be stated.
