PE insulated all-aluminum conductor (AAC) uses solid or stranded hard-drawn aluminum conductor (usually aluminum 1350-H19 alloy), provides excellent electrical conductivity, and is widely used in power transmission and distribution systems. Its external insulation material is polyethylene (PE), which has excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance, water resistance, salt resistance, organic solvent resistance and oxidation resistance, and can effectively prevent the conductor from being damaged by the external environment.
