Application
Rubber 3 & 4 core flat cables EPDM well pump wire is a high-performance cable specially developed for deep well submersible pump systems. It is suitable for long-term underwater use in wells up to 500 meters deep. The EPR heavy-duty sheath is particularly suitable for applications that require high mechanical strength and long-term immersion, effectively preventing the impact of water pressure, electric shock and mechanical damage on the cable, and extending the service life of the product. The cable adopts a flat structure design, which makes it difficult to tangle or knot during deep well hanging installation, greatly reducing the construction difficulty and maintenance cost. Compared with traditional round cables, flat cables are easier to arrange in scenarios with limited well or pipeline space, suitable for laying multiple cables side by side, while improving heat dissipation efficiency and current balanced transmission capacity. Its three-core structure (red, yellow, blue, or brown, blue, black) and four-core structure (plus green or green-yellow ground wire) are suitable for a variety of submersible pump models and wiring requirements. It is widely used in agricultural irrigation systems, industrial pumping projects, urban and rural drinking water projects, geothermal pump systems, and other fields that require extremely high cable stability and durability.
Feature
Rubber 3 & 4 core flat cables are designed for deep well submersible pump systems and are suitable for long-term underwater operation at depths up to 500 meters. The cable uses EPR (ethylene propylene rubber) insulation material, which has excellent electrical insulation performance and heat, wear, and moisture resistance. It can maintain stable power supply even in underground environments with high temperature, high humidity, or frequent load changes. The outer sheath is made of heavy black or blue EPR rubber, which has outstanding resistance to aging, mechanical impact, and oil corrosion, providing strong protection for the cable and ensuring long-term stable operation.
