Electrical Building Wire for Conduit and Equipment Feeds

4mm2 V90 single core cable provides a stranded 7/0.85 mm plain annealed copper conductor for fixed circuits in protected conduit, switchboards, distribution equipment and machinery enclosures. The copper building wire 0.6/1kV is insulated only with V-90 PVC and has no outer sheath, so the wiring method must provide suitable mechanical protection. Manufactured as an AS/NZS copper conduit cable to AS/NZS 5000.1 with conductor construction to AS/NZS 1125, it is specified for 75°C maximum continuous operation. GERITEL WIRE can support circuit colours, green/yellow earth identification, cable marking, cut lengths and coil or drum packing. Final sizing must consider current, derating, voltage drop and terminal capacity.

Which insulation colours can GERITEL WIRE supply?

Standard V90 cable colour options for this product are red, black, white, blue and green/yellow. GERITEL WIRE can coordinate colour quantities across multiple sizes, but the final colour assignment must follow the applicable wiring rules, project drawings and buyer approval rather than a generic colour assumption.

Is green/yellow the only version of this product?

No. Green yellow earth wire is one important variant for protective earthing, but the same V-90 single core construction is also available in red, black, white and blue for approved circuit identification. GERITEL WIRE can combine several colours in one project order and mark each package clearly by size and colour.

Can the same cable construction be ordered for active, neutral and earth conductors?

The product can be supplied in different single core electrical wire colours, but the permitted use of each colour must be decided under the project wiring rules. GERITEL WIRE can manufacture the approved colour schedule and provide separated labels or pallets so active, neutral and earth quantities are easier to receive and issue on site.
