Earth Conductor for Industrial Distribution Systems

95mm2 single core earth cable uses a 19/2.45 mm plain annealed copper conductor for protected earthing links in industrial distribution systems, switchboards, plant panels and major electrical enclosures. The green yellow distribution earth wire is Class 2 and follows AS/NZS 1125 conductor requirements. Manufactured as an AS/NZS 5000.1 grounding conductor, it is rated 600/1000V, insulated with V-90 PVC only and specified for 75°C maximum continuous operation. GERITEL WIRE can provide approved marking, custom drum lengths, reel labels and inspection documentation. Final engineering should confirm fault level, support spacing, bend space, gland arrangement and copper lug selection.

For seperate earth conductors. For switchboard and control panel wiring. For fixed wiring within other enclosures or apparatus where the cable is not accessible without the use of tools. Meter marked earth wire can improve cutting accuracy, stock control and site reconciliation. GERITEL WIRE can evaluate sequential marking based on cable size and order quantity and will confirm the print interval, direction and starting number before production.

Can GERITEL WIRE print our company name on the insulation?

V90 cable printing can include approved branding, part numbers or project codes together with required product information. GERITEL WIRE controls the print legend through customer approval and can coordinate matching labels and packaging so the finished product is easier to identify throughout distribution.

Can I receive a sample for stripping and termination tests?

An earth cable sample can be supplied to evaluate insulation stripping, colour, conductor construction, ferrule fit or lug crimping before bulk production. GERITEL WIRE identifies whether the sample is from standard stock or a custom trial so any differences from the final order are clear..

How do you keep green/yellow colour consistent between batches?

Earth cable colour consistency is managed through approved material references and production checks, although small visual variation can occur between batches. GERITEL WIRE can retain an agreed colour reference and recommends producing project-critical quantities in one batch where close visual matching is important.
