1000V Green Ground Cable

1000V green ground cable uses stranded soft copper conductors in accordance with ASTM B8 standards, and the cable insulation layer uses cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), which meets the CSA Type XL standard and can withstand a continuous operating temperature of 90°C in dry or humid environments. The outer sheath uses low acid gas (LAG) polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which not only has good mechanical protection but also produces very low corrosive gases when burned, which is beneficial to the safety of equipment and personnel. The cable has excellent low-temperature resistance and can pass cold bending and impact tests at -40°C, making it suitable for extremely cold areas. It is also sunlight-resistant, can be directly buried, and has low acid gas emission characteristics (AG14), which fully adapts to the complex electrical installation needs of indoors and outdoors.

Application

Green ground cable is widely used in cable tray systems (ventilated/non-ventilated/trapezoidal structures), pipe laying, air conditioning ceiling air supply channels (Plenum), and direct underground installation. It is especially suitable for system wiring that requires green grounding identification. For 1/0 AWG and larger specifications, it can be used for tray cables and can be used in hazardous areas (Zone 0 is intrinsically safe, and Zone 2 and Zone 22 meet Section 18 requirements). This makes the cable equally reliable and applicable in high-safety applications such as petrochemical, industrial, and power infrastructure.
