600V TECK90 Cable Type HL CSA

600V TECK90 Type HL cable is composed of two or more bare twisted copper conductors, insulated with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), which has excellent electrical insulation performance and thermal stability. The cable is also equipped with a bare copper ground wire of appropriate size, twisted together with the conductor to enhance grounding protection and system safety.

The inner sheath is made of PVC material, which provides flexibility while enhancing chemical resistance and abrasion resistance. The outer layer is Aluminum Interlocked Armor, which provides excellent mechanical protection to prevent flattening and stretching, and is suitable for laying underground, bridges, pipelines or exposed environments. The outermost layer is an integral PVC sheath to improve the durability of the cable in humid, corrosive or sunlight environments. The operating temperature rating of this cable is 90°C

600V TECK90 Type HL cable is widely used in petrochemical, mining, heavy industry, water treatment, power transmission and distribution, commercial buildings, and other fields, and is particularly suitable for harsh environments that require high mechanical strength and electrical safety. It has the ability to be directly buried, UV-resistant, low-temperature impact-resistant, fire-resistant and flame-retardant, and CSA HL hazardous area installation. It is often used for equipment power supply, motor connection, control circuit, and underground or exposed laying occasions to ensure that the system continues to operate stably in humid, corrosive, high-load or flammable and explosive environments. It is an indispensable high-performance cable solution in industrial projects.

600V TECK90 cable complies with CSA standards C22.2 No. 131 and 174, is marked as Type TECK90, has CSA HL (Hazardous Location) level, and can be used for installation in hazardous locations required by the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC). At the same time, the cable has direct burial and UV resistance (Sunlight Resistant) capabilities, and has passed the -40°C low temperature impact test, CSA FT1/FT4 and IEEE 1202 flame retardant test, and complies with RoHS environmental protection directives.
