TECK 90 XLPE 4 Core 1000 V CSA Type HL

TECK90 XLPE 4 Core 1000V CSA Type HL cable is a multi-core armored cable designed for demanding industrial power distribution systems. It uses a four-core stranded bare copper conductor structure and has stronger power distribution flexibility and load balancing capabilities compared to the common single-core (1 Core) and three-core (3 Core) TECK90 cables. The conductors are all made of high-performance XLPE cross-linked polyethylene insulation, matched with bare copper ground wires of appropriate specifications, and covered with a solid inner PVC sheath and aluminum staggered armor. The cable is certified to CSA C22.2 No. 131 and No. 174, has a CSA HL rating, can be safely used in hazardous locations, and has obtained direct burial, UV resistance, -40°C cold shock resistance, CSA FT1/FT4 and IEEE 1202 flame retardant certification, and RoHS environmental protection standards.

TECK 90 XLPE 4 core cable is widely used in three-phase four-wire power systems, and is particularly suitable for complex electrical circuits that require phase, neutral, and ground wires simultaneously. In industrial power distribution systems, this cable can be used for the transmission of main power supplies, such as large electrical control cabinets, switchboards, main power supplies for industrial equipment, and commercial building power supply trunks, meeting the requirements for high current carrying capacity, high stability, and high safety. Due to its four-core structure, cable can reduce the number of cables during installation, improve wiring efficiency, and facilitate the unified layout of phase sequence and neutral lines, symmetry, and electrical balance of system operation.

Certification

 

TECK 90 XLPE cable has CSA HL (Hazardous Location) rating certification and can be directly used in Class I and Division 2 hazardous environments specified by the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC). Such environments often occur in fields such as petrochemical plants, oil and gas platforms, refineries, and natural gas processing facilities, where volatile gases or explosive mixtures may exist in the air. CSA HL certification enables the wires to maintain structural stability and electrical insulation in these high-risk environments, effectively preventing accidents caused by cable failures and greatly enhancing safety during use.
