Application
IMSA 51-7 Tube Loop Detector Cable is widely used in parking management and access control systems. The cable connects the induction coil buried in the ground with the control device. When a vehicle passes through or stays in the detection area, the induction coil generates a signal and transmits it to the controller, thereby realizing the automatic opening and closing of the gate or railing. The cable's XLPE insulation layer and PVC or HDPE sheath provide the system with excellent weather resistance and mechanical strength, suitable for long-term outdoor and underground environments.

IMSA 51-7 tube loop detector cable features premium XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) insulation for enhanced resistance to heat, moisture, and electrical stress, ensuring reliable operation even in harsh environmental conditions. Conductors are available in 14 AWG and 12 AWG sizes with a consistent 0.030-inch insulation thickness, providing uniform electrical performance and dielectric strength. To protect against mechanical damage and environmental exposure, IMSA 51-7 cables feature either PVC (polyvinyl chloride) or HDPE (high-density polyethylene) jacketing.
