Can you make other sheath colors?
Custom color solar cable may be possible for OEM orders, but any change must remain compatible with the approved material system and certificate scope. Buyers should confirm the color requirement before production rather than changing it after technical approval. Does the tin coating reduce conductivity?
The cable is designed around the electrical resistance requirements for its conductor size, so a compliant tinned copper solar wire should meet the applicable conductor-resistance limits. The tin layer is used for surface protection, not as a substitute for copper cross-section. For project orders, GERITEL WIRE can support technical clarification, cable marking, reel or drum packaging and export documentation.
How flexible is H1Z2Z2-K cable?
A flexible PV cable uses fine-stranded Class 5 copper, making it significantly easier to route than rigid conductor types.
