The 300 kcmil 3/C XHHW-2 MC cable with ground PVC jacket and 300 kcmil 4/C XHHW-2 PVC jacketed MC cable are 600V UL & NEC 330 compliant armored cables, uniquely optimized to resist thermal expansion and contraction deformation in cyclic high-load operation. Featuring a tightly integrated layered structure with premium XHHW-2 insulation, precision AIA interlocking armor and seamless PVC outer jacket, these large-gauge cables effectively offset structural stress generated by long-term 90°C high-temperature operation and intermittent temperature changes. It prevents common on-site issues such as conductor displacement, insulation extrusion, jacket cracking and internal core friction, maintaining complete structural integrity and stable electrical performance throughout years of cyclic heating and cooling.
