Can the words wire and cable both describe this product?

In product searches, buyers may use RHW-2 wire or RHW-2 cable for the same type of insulated conductor. The final specification should still identify the conductor count, insulation, voltage and marking rather than relying on the English label alone.

What is the conductor material in your RHW-2 product?
