- Aluminum 1350-H19 wires, concentrically stranded
- B230 Aluminum 1350-H19 Wire for Electrical Purposes
- B231 Concentric-Lay-Stranded Aluminum 1350 Conductors
Application
AAC bare aluminium wire is mainly used for overhead transmission and distribution services. AAC conductors are usually made of 1350 aluminium stranded together. Due to its excellent conductivity and light weight, it is an ideal choice for power transmission. AAC conductors have a wide range of applications in overhead lines, especially for low to medium strength transmission requirements. Class AA bare conductors are commonly used in overhead power lines. They can provide stable power transmission under normal environmental conditions without excessive mechanical strength. For some applications that require additional protection or greater flexibility, AAC also provides a Class A version. The conductor can be covered with weather-resistant material or used as a bare conductor in places where greater flexibility is required.

Feature

AAC bare aluminum wire is composed of aluminum alloy 1350-H19 wire, with a concentric layer twisted structure, which has excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. According to different application requirements, AAC conductors can provide single-layer and multi-layer structures. The single-layer structure is suitable for power transmission over shorter distances, while the multi-layer structure provides higher mechanical strength and greater conductivity, which is suitable for long-distance, high-load power transmission.
Certification
AAC (All Aluminum Conductor) is UL certified. This product complies with relevant international and domestic quality standards and safety regulations. It usually undergoes strict inspection and testing procedures, such as conductivity, tensile strength, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, etc., to ensure the stability and safety of the cable in various environments.
