Application
450/750V PVC orange circular cable is widely used in electrical installation, building wiring, control circuits and power distribution systems, and is particularly suitable for use in environments that are not susceptible to mechanical deformation. When the cable is not subject to mechanical deformation, it can withstand temperatures up to 90°C. The orange outer sheath not only has good visibility, but also helps users identify the cable more clearly during installation and maintenance.

Feature

450/750V PVC orange circular cable uses pure annealed copper conductors, meets AS/NZS 1125 standards, and has excellent electrical conductivity. The cable conductors are stranded copper, type 2C+E, 3C+E or 4C+E, which can meet a variety of electrical configuration requirements. Its insulation material uses V-90 type PVC insulation, which can withstand high temperatures while providing excellent electrical insulation performance. The outer sheath uses 5V-90 type PVC material, which has good aging resistance, abrasion resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, and is suitable for use in industrial and construction environments.
Certification
PVC orange circular cable has been certified by SAA (Standards Association of Australia). The V-90 type is certified under SAA-241265-EA. Customers can instantly verify these credentials on the SAA website. Meets the strict safety and quality standards of Australia and New Zealand. This certification ensures that the cable meets the AS/NZS 5000.2 standard in design, manufacture, and performance. Cables certified by SAA guarantee their stability and reliability in power systems and can operate effectively for a long time in various applications, especially for low-voltage power distribution and internal circuit wiring in buildings and industrial environments.
