Application
0.6/1kV single core XLPE cable is made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) as insulation material and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as outer sheath, which complies with AS/NZS5000.1 standard. This cable is suitable for main power supply, power sub-power supply and branch cable of various buildings and industrial equipment, and is widely used in unenclosed, enclosed in conduit, buried or underground pipeline, and is not subject to mechanical damage. 0.6/1kV single core XLPE cable is particularly suitable for use in places with tight space or possible overload, and has excellent electrical performance and heat resistance. Its cross-linked polyethylene insulation layer can effectively prevent electrical breakdown and ensure that the cable maintains stable electrical performance in long-term operation, and is suitable for various low-voltage power transmission and distribution systems.
Feature
0.6/1kV single-core XLPE cable conductor type is single-core (optional 2C+E, 3C+E or 4C+E configuration), suitable for different power system requirements. Its insulation material uses advanced X-90 cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), which has excellent heat resistance, voltage breakdown resistance and chemical stability, ensuring long-term stable operation of the cable under high temperature and complex environment. The outer sheath uses 5V-90 PVC material, which has good anti-aging, corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, and can provide effective protection in various harsh environments. There are two exterior colors available: black and orange to meet different installation requirements.

Cables have passed SAA certifications.. The X-90 version carries SAA-240462-EA and SAA240463 approvals, and the V-90 variant is authorized under SAA-241265-EA.
