For dedicated circuits requiring a larger conductor area, the 4mm Purple Flat Twin and Earth Building Cable combines plain annealed copper, V-90 PVC insulation and a purple non-migratory 3V-90 sheath. The 450/750V flat 2C+E construction is intended for protected fixed wiring where the approved material system may contact compatible polystyrene or polyurethane insulation. Relevant applications include Non-Migratory TPS Cable for Integrated House Wiring, Purple Cable for Cold Room Electrical Circuits and Violet Flat Cable for Polyurethane Sandwich Panels.
