Unarmored PLTC/ITC Fieldbus/Profibus PA cables are widely used in industrial automation and process control systems to connect field instruments, sensors, actuators, and controllers, enabling digital bus communication. They can be laid in cable trays or control loops in industries such as oil, chemicals, power, and water treatment, supporting multiple devices sharing the same bus, improving wiring efficiency. Independent twisted-pair shielding and flame-retardant sheaths ensure signal stability and strong anti-interference capabilities. They are particularly suitable for Foundation Fieldbus H1 and Profibus PA systems to build reliable fieldbus networks for automated monitoring and data acquisition.

1. Conductor: Multi-strand tinned copper conductor, common sizes: AWG 16 / AWG 18
2. Insulation: Flame-retardant XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene);
- Wet temperature rating: 60 °C;
- Dry temperature rating: 105 °C
3. Shielding: Individual aluminum/mylar shield with Drainwire over each pair
4. Jacket: Standard flame-retardant PVC sheath
- Orange: Foundation Fieldbus
- Purple: Profibus PA
- Blue: Intrinsically safe (IS) circuit
- Black with orange stripes: Special engineering identification application
5. Electrical Performance
- Rated voltage: 300 V
- Supports Fieldbus / Profibus PA digital communication
- Single bus can connect up to approximately 32 field devices
- Maximum communication distance up to approximately 1900 meters (depending on device current and system design)

They can be safely laid in cable trays and instrument circuits, meeting the stringent electrical safety and flame-retardant performance requirements of industrial control systems. Furthermore, these cables comply with Foundation Fieldbus FF-844 H1 and Profibus PA communication specifications, ensuring stable digital bus signal transmission. They have also passed multiple flame-retardant tests (such as UL 1685/FT4 and IEEE 1202/383), maintaining necessary safety protection even in fire or high-temperature environments, providing a reliable communication and control foundation for industrial automation systems.
