Application
Type 441 (Class 1) 3.3 to 22kV Trailing Mining Cable is widely used in open-pit mines, underground mines and other high-intensity industrial working environments, especially for large mining equipment that needs to be frequently moved, such as electric shovels, drills, mobile crushers and conveying systems. Designed for high-voltage power supply needs, the cable has good tensile, compressive and torsional resistance, and can withstand the mechanical stress caused by repeated towing and winding. The central conductor and semi-conductive support frame in its structure effectively prevent the cable from being damaged by compression or extrusion during operation, thus extending its service life.

Feature

Type 441 (Class 1) 3.3 to 22kV Trailing Mining Cable meets Class 1 standards. Compared with Class 2 cables, Class 1 cables use smaller insulation and jacket thickness, which reduces the overall weight and improves flexibility. They are very suitable for highly mobile towing and reel applications. The cable has a sturdy structure and uses three-core flexible tinned copper conductors. It is equipped with a semi-conductive insulation shielding system and EPR insulation materials to ensure excellent electrical performance and thermal stability.
Certification
Type 441 (Class 1) 3.3 to 22kV Trailing Mining Cable is SAA certified. In terms of raw materials, all materials come from certified long-term cooperative suppliers. Each batch of raw materials must provide material certification and third-party test reports before entering the factory, which meet the electrical performance, flame retardant performance and environmental resistance performance indicators required by cable certification.
