Lift and elevator systems use control cabinets containing relays, controllers, terminals and safety circuits that require organised internal wiring. H07V-K can support lift controller wiring on suitable fixed or protected circuits within the cabinet. Its flexible conductor makes elevator cabinet cable easier to route around densely packed components during manufacturing or service. GERITEL WIRE can provide colour planning, OEM marking and packaging for elevator equipment manufacturers and panel suppliers. When used as building control panel wire, H07V-K should not be confused with travelling elevator cable, which experiences continuous movement and requires a purpose-designed flexible construction.

How do I verify the conductor is Class 5?
Class 5 conductor inspection should compare strand construction and electrical performance with the relevant IEC 60228 requirements. Counting strands alone is not enough; conductor resistance is also important.
