Application
0.6/1(1.2) Kv LSZH single core fire resistant cables are suitable for installation environments with extremely high requirements for electrical safety and fire protection, especially in public places, industrial facilities and critical infrastructure. Designed for laying in the air, in conduits, in pipes, underground cable trenches or cable trays, the cables have excellent flame retardancy, low smoke and low toxicity emission characteristics, effectively ensuring the safe evacuation of personnel and the normal operation of emergency systems in case of fire. At the same time, its fire resistance enables it to maintain circuit integrity during a fire, ensuring continuous power supply to key equipment such as emergency lighting, alarm systems, fire elevators, etc. The halogen-free material properties also ensure environmental safety in enclosed spaces, making it an ideal choice for key places such as hospitals, subways, airports, and high-rise buildings.

Feature

0.6/1(1.2) Kv low smoke & halogen free single core fire resistant cables are designed to provide excellent fire resistance and environmental protection in critical power systems. The cable conductor adopts round concentric stranded or compact stranded copper conductor, which has good conductivity and mechanical strength. The cable adopts cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, which has excellent thermal stability and electrical properties. A layer of fire-resistant mica tape is included in the cable structure as a fire barrier to maintain circuit integrity even under fire conditions. The outer sheath is made of orange flame retardant low smoke halogen free (LSHF ST8) material to ensure that smoke and toxic gas emissions are minimized in fire, meeting the strict safety and environmental protection requirements of modern buildings. This series of cables has a rated voltage of 0.6/1(1.2) kV and a maximum operating temperature of 90℃. It is widely used in power systems that require long-term reliable power supply and fire protection.
