This 16 AWG cable is a professional 600V shielded pairs PVC/Nylon/PVC instrumentation cable, fully compliant with UL 1277 TC-ER PVC/Nylon/PVC cable 600V and UL 1685 PVC/Nylon/PVC tray cable industry specifications. Adopting overall shield and premium PVC/Nylon/PVC triple-layer structure, it delivers excellent anti-interference performance and stable signal transmission, with outstanding abrasion, oil and UV resistance. Suitable for both 90°C dry and 75°C wet environments, the cable supports tray, conduit, overhead and direct burial installation, serving as a reliable wiring solution for industrial automation and process control instrumentation signal connection scenarios.

Product Description

 

The PVC/Nylon/PVC, 600V Instrumentation, Type TC-ER and Direct Burial Cables consist of fully annealed bare copper Class B stranded conductors (in pairs or triads), covered with Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and clear Nylon insulation, overall shielded or individually and overall shielded and black PVC jacket. These cables are used in control systems, audio, intercom, alarm circuits and energy management.

  • In free air, ducts, cable trays, conduit, raceways and direct burial

  • Approved for Class I, Div. 2 industrial hazardous locations per NEC

  • Used as a non-power-limited fire alarm circuit cable (NPLF) per NEC Article 760

  • Permitted for Exposed Run (ER) used in accordance with NEC for 3 or more conductors; two conductors without a ground wire are Type TC only
