300V UL Type PLTC/ITC instrument cables utilize high-quality multi-strand bare copper conductors, offering excellent electrical conductivity and flexibility to meet the requirements of complex wiring environments. Each pair or three-pair cable is independently shielded, employing aluminum/polyester foil layers with tinned copper leads to effectively suppress electromagnetic interference and signal crosstalk, ensuring stable transmission of instrument signals. The conductor insulation uses flame-retardant PVC (XLPE optional), balancing heat resistance and mechanical strength. The cable's internal structure is maintained by polyester insulation tape and polypropylene filler, while the overall outer sheath is flame-retardant PVC, providing excellent abrasion resistance, oil resistance, and UV resistance, suitable for indoor cable trays, cable ducts, direct burial, and outdoor installations.

In industrial environments such as petrochemical, power, energy, metallurgy, water treatment, and manufacturing plants, cables often need to be laid in parallel with motors, frequency converters, and high-power equipment. Multiple pairs or sets of three-core independently shielded structures effectively reduce crosstalk and electromagnetic interference, ensuring long-term signal stability and reliability.
