600V Type TC-ER Control Cable PVC/Nylon Insulated PVC Sheath

600 V Type TC-ER control cables are designed with high-performance structures for a variety of industrial control and power distribution applications. The cables consist of two or more tinned stranded copper conductors with a PVC/nylon double-layer insulation and an integral PVC jacket for excellent mechanical protection and dielectric strength. The cables are available in a variety of conductor sizes, including 18 AWG, 16 AWG, 14 AWG, 12 AWG, and 10 AWG, to flexibly meet the needs of different electrical systems.

Rated at 90°C wet and 75°C dry, the cables have excellent thermal stability and environmental adaptability. The cables are certified to UL 1277 and are listed as 600V Tray Cable – Exposed Run types, and the conductors meet the TFN standard under UL 66 and the THHN/THWN standard under UL 83. In addition, the products have passed the flame retardant tests of UL 1685, IEEE 1202, and CSA FT4, and have good fire resistance, making them suitable for industrial environments that require high safety standards.

 

Application

 

 

600V Type TC-ER control cable can be directly buried and has sunlight resistance, suitable for outdoor installation and harsh working conditions, and complies with RoHS environmental protection standards. It can be used for exposed laying under the conditions of NEC (National Electrical Code) guidelines, and is very suitable for factory automation systems, such as connecting automation equipment such as sensors, actuators, PLC controllers, motor control centers (MCCs) and variable frequency drives (VFDs), processing production lines, power control panels, building management systems, and mechanical equipment control power lines.
