This 16 AWG PVC Nylon unshielded 600V TC-ER control cable serves as robust 600V control cable for steel mills, durable TC-ER cable for cement plants, reliable VNTC tray cable for pulp and paper mills, and flexible TC-ER cable for industrial automation. Built with oil-gas resistant PVC-Nylon composite insulation and UV-proof black PVC jacket, it fits conduit, raceway, trough, exposed run and direct burial wiring in wet/dry heavy industrial environments, rated 90°C with full UL and NEC compliance.

Product Description

 

The PVC/Nylon/PVC (THHN/THWN-2), 600V Control, Type TC-ER and Direct Burial Cables consist of fully annealed bare copper Class B stranded conductors, covered with oil and gas resistant Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and clear Nylon insulation, unshielded or shielded and black PVC jacket. These cables are used in industrial power or station control circuits.

  • In conduit, duct, free air, raceways and direct burial, primary installations include cable trays, and outdoor locations

  • In wet or dry locations

  • Approved for Class I, Div. 2 industrial hazardous locations per NEC

  • Permitted for Exposed Run (ER) used in accordance with NEC for 3 or more conductors; two conductors without a ground wire are Type TC only
