This UL-listed 350 kcmil XHHW-2 TC-ER tray cable uses compacted bare copper conductors with built-in grounding wire, featuring cross-linked XLPE insulation that maintains a full 90°C thermal rating in both dry and permanently wet locations. Its flame-retardant PVC outer jacket stands up to UV radiation, mechanical abrasion and light chemical exposure. Compliant with NEC Article 336, the TC-ER mark allows exposed free runs between trays and equipment without extra conduits. Engineered for high-current power feeders, it fits cable tray, conduit, aerial support and shallow direct burial, delivering consistent carrying capacity and long-term stability for industrial plants, wastewater facilities and large commercial power distribution systems.

Product Description

The XLPE/PVC, 600V Power, Type TC-ER Direct Burial Cable consist of fully annealed bare copper Class B stranded conductors, covered with oil and gas resistant Cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, unshielded and black PVC jacket. These cables are used in industrial power.

In conduit, duct, free air, raceways and direct burial, primary installations include cable trays, and outdoor locations
In wet or dry locations
Approved for Class I, Div. 2 industrial hazardous locations per NEC
Permitted for Exposed Run (ER) use in accordance with NEC for 3 or more conductors
