350 kcmil XHHW/XHHW-2 Copper Building Wire – High-Capacity Power for Demanding Industrial Applications

This 350 kcmil XHHW/XHHW-2 copper building wire features high-conductivity pure copper conductors (solid or stranded) with XLPE cross-linked polyethylene insulation, certified to UL 44. Available in 600V, 1000V, and 2000V ratings, it fits a wide range of system voltages. XHHW-2 insulation is rated 90°C wet/dry, offering superior heat, moisture, and chemical resistance. The 350 kcmil size provides higher ampacity, making it ideal for large motors, transformers, switchgear, and heavy feeders. Suitable for conduit, tray, and approved raceways, commonly used in industrial plant main feeders, commercial building risers, and large equipment circuits. UL 44 certification ensures compliance with North American safety standards.

Solid vs stranded conductor – which is better?
