110°C LSHF Submains Cable for Building Power Distribution

The 2×16+1×6E elastomer cable is intended for fixed mains, submains and distribution circuits that need better flexibility than rigid multicore constructions. Two Class 5 copper active conductors and one earth core are insulated with X-HF-110 and protected by an HFS-110-TP sheathed cable design rated 0.6/1kV. It works as a building submains power cable for risers, switchboards, plant rooms, conduits and protected underground services. The low fire hazard multicore cable supports conductor temperatures up to 110°C and helps reduce smoke and corrosive halogen gases during fire. Applications

Flexible single core X-HF-110 insulated and HFS-110-TP sheathed cable for mains, submains and subcircuits unenclosed, enclosed in conduit or in underground ducts for building and industrial plants where not subject to mechanical damage. Suitable where space is at a premium and/or where conditions of overload may occur.

What are the available 2C+E sizes?

The current product matrix covers 2×10+1×4E through 2×240+1×95E, with the active and earth conductor sizes identified separately. When you request a 2C+E cable size, GERITEL WIRE checks the exact model, approximate diameter, weight, drum capacity and applicable SAA documentation before quoting.

Is the outer sheath orange?

Yes. The current construction is an orange HFS-110-TP cable with a UV-resistant, low-fire-hazard outer sheath. GERITEL WIRE confirms the sheath colour on the approved datasheet because custom colours may affect material availability, MOQ and certificate consistency.

What colours are used for the internal cores?

The common arrangement uses red and black active cores with a yellow-green protective earth conductor. GERITEL WIRE records the core identification on the 2 core plus earth cable drawing and can discuss alternative marking only after checking the applicable standard and certificate scope.

Is this product also called an LSZH or LSHF cable?
