Low Smoke Power Cable for Transformer and Switchgear Rooms
The 2×95+1×25E X-HF-110 cable is designed for higher-current fixed circuits connecting main switchboards, transformer rooms and industrial distribution areas. Two 95mm² Class 5 active cores and a 25mm² earth conductor form a flexible copper mains cable that is easier to position than a rigid multicore option of similar capacity. The 0.6/1kV construction can be selected as a transformer room feeder cable after engineering checks for load, voltage drop, fault level and installation method. X-HF-110 insulation and the HFS-110-TP sheath make it an LSZH multicore cable for switchboards with a continuous conductor temperature rating up to 110°C. Flexible single core X-HF-110 insulated and HFS-110-TP sheathed cable for mains, submains and subcircuits unenclosed, enclosed in conduit or in underground ducts for building and industrial plants where not subject to mechanical damage. Suitable where space is at a premium and/or where conditions of overload may occur.

Does a custom sheath colour remain SAA approved?
Not automatically. A colour or material change may require technical assessment because certification is tied to the approved construction and marking. GERITEL WIRE reviews every custom colour SAA cable request before quoting so buyers avoid a certificate mismatch.
Can you provide the certificate with the shipment?
GERITEL WIRE can provide digital SAA certificate pages and include the agreed compliance documents in the shipping file. The SAA cable document package is prepared against the final sizes, quantities and purchase-order description.
Is the product compliant with AS/NZS 4507?
The current product data references AS/NZS 4507 for low-fire-hazard cable performance. GERITEL WIRE can include the available AS/NZS 4507 cable evidence in the project submittal, while the consultant confirms the exact project requirement.
What flame propagation tests are referenced?
