What temperature class does AC90 insulation support?

A typical 90C AC90 cable uses RW90 insulation associated with a 90°C conductor temperature class. Allowable ampacity can still be limited by terminals, installation conditions, bundling, ambient temperature and code rules.

Is the inner insulation moisture resistant?

The individual conductors in RW90 insulated AC90 cable use RW90 insulation with wet-rated insulation characteristics. However, the complete standard AC90 cable assembly is generally intended for dry-location installation, so the whole-cable location rating must not be inferred from conductor insulation alone.

Can AC90 be manufactured with custom printing?

Yes. For qualified B2B orders, custom AC90 cable marking can be produced with project or customer-specific identification subject to certification and marking rules. GERITEL WIRE can discuss print content, packaging labels and production documentation before manufacturing.

What makes AC90 different from ACWU90 construction?
