Manufactured, tested and certified in Canada, GERITEL WIRE AC90 armoured building wire is rated FT4-ST1 for -40°C to 90°C. Engineered specifically for demanding environments, superior flammability and smoke emission performance.

For use in ventilated, non-ventilated and ladder-type cable trays.

For dry locations, in ceiling air-handling plenums, exposed or concealed wiring and service entrance above ground.

Can AC90 be installed in conduit?

There may be situations where AC90 armoured wire passes through sleeves or raceways for protection, but AC90 is already an armoured wiring method and normally does not require continuous conduit in approved applications. Conduit fill and code rules must be checked if a raceway is used.

What fittings are needed for AC90 cable?

Use an approved AC90 cable connector or armoured-cable connector that matches the cable diameter, armour type and enclosure entry. Proper fittings help secure the armour, protect conductor insulation and maintain the required bonding path.

How should AC90 be terminated at a panel?
