50mm² Flexible Welding Power Cable for Large Battery Banks
The 50mm² CU Class 5/PVC cable is built for substantial DC power connections in large battery banks, photovoltaic inverter systems, energy storage equipment, charging units and industrial machinery. Its fine-stranded copper conductor remains flexible for routing around equipment and alignment with heavy-duty lugs, while PVC insulation provides a protective finish. This 50mm² welding cable can be made in red, black or custom colors and supplied in coil or drum lengths. As a heavy duty welding cable, it supports high-current battery interconnections and power conversion links. GERITEL WIRE H05V-K & H07V-K cable has been specially designed for installations that reguire a flexible cable due to the complex nature of their layout.
This cable is especially suitable for domestic wiring.
It may also be used for eguipment wiring,distributors,cabinets and tighting.

Longer runs, higher current or higher duty can justify a larger conductor. GERITEL WIRE evaluates 70mm² welding cable against the machine table, total circuit length and terminal size and can provide matched cable assemblies for approved designs.
Is 95mm² welding cable difficult to terminate?
Large fine-stranded cable requires a correctly sized lug, die and controlled crimp process. GERITEL WIRE can supply 95mm² welding cable with recommended conductor dimensions, samples or finished assemblies to reduce trial-and-error at the customer's production line.
What are 120mm² to 300mm² welding cables used for?
These large sections are used for very high-current or low-voltage DC links where the system design requires them. GERITEL WIRE supplies large size welding cable from 120mm² to 300mm² for approved industrial, battery and inverter projects with drum packing and technical data.
Can PVC welding cable be used as an electrode lead?
