LSZH Main Distribution Cable for HVAC and Plant Rooms
The 3x50+1x16E HFS-110-TP cable is a flexible 0.6/1kV three-phase power solution for protected building and industrial distribution. Three Class 5 active conductors and a reduced earth conductor make it suitable as a 110C cable for building mechanical services where switchboards, plant rooms and equipment feeders require manageable bend performance. It can be selected as a 3 phase cable for chillers, pumps and ventilation equipment after current, voltage-drop and fault calculations. The X-HF-110/HFS-110-TP material system also creates an LSZH cable for mechanical plant rooms with low-smoke, halogen-free and flame-retardant properties. GERITEL WIRE supports SAA document matching, technical submittals, OEM marking and drum planning.

Flexible single core X-HF-110 insulated and HFS-110-TP sheathed cable for mains, submains and subcircuits unenclosed, enclosed in conduit or in underground ducts for building and industrial plants where not subject to mechanical damage. Suitable where space is at a premium and/or where conditions of overload may occur.

Is the copper conductor plain or tinned?
The standard product uses plain annealed copper unless another conductor finish is specifically approved. A plain annealed copper 3C+E cable provides the expected conductivity and flexibility for fixed power distribution. GERITEL WIRE states conductor finish in the approved construction so the customer is not surprised by a substitution.
How does Class 5 stranding help on large sizes?
Class 5 uses many smaller copper strands, making a large flexible multicore power cable easier to bend, gland and terminate than a rigid equivalent. This matters increasingly on 95mm², 120mm², 150mm² and larger sizes. GERITEL WIRE can provide diameter and bending information for installation planning.
Is the outer sheath always orange?
Orange is a common Australian identification for this cable category, but colour must still be tied to the approved product construction. GERITEL WIRE confirms the orange HFS-110-TP cable specification on the order and reviews any requested colour change for MOQ, material availability and certification impact.
Can the cable be supplied with custom sheath printing?
Yes, GERITEL WIRE can discuss OEM 3C+E cable printing for brand name, voltage, size, standard, metre marking and traceability information, subject to MOQ and certification rules. Artwork is confirmed before mass production so the printed cable matches the customer's approved documentation.
