12.7/24kV Anti-Termite medium voltage cable is durability, chemical-resistant, UV protection. Medium voltage Cable has a metal insulation screen consisting of a copper wire screen and a spiral copper tape. Copper has excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The copper wire screen ensures a low impedance path for fault current, providing a reliable grounding system. MV cable uses a metal insulation screen to prevent electrical interference and faults. It acts as a shield, providing an effective grounding path in the event of an insulation fault, thereby improving safety. In addition, the spiral copper tape ensures uniform coverage, further reducing the risk of electrical hazards.
characteristics
Single core 12.7/24kV aluminum anti-termite medium voltage cable can be used for power distribution in large infrastructure, power generation stations, and mechanical equipment in mines such as mining machines and hoists that rely on medium voltage cables for power supply. Due to the humid environment in mines, cables with excellent moisture resistance and mechanical shock resistance are required to ensure safe operation.

Certification
12.7/24kV medium voltage cable has obtained SAA certification, with certification numbers: SAA242046 and SAA250307 (available on the certification website). Certified cables are less prone to defects and premature failures, significantly reducing the risk of unexpected costs or liabilities for customers. Project auditors often favor certified products, as they reduce the risk of incidents and claims. For project owners, selecting SAA-certified cables reduces operational risk while also securing their long-term investment. Essentially, SAA certification effectively manages and mitigates risk throughout the cable's entire service life.
Package
Production Line
Greater Wire Manufacturer is very strict in the selection of raw materials. It uses high-purity copper, aluminum, and other conductor materials provided by internationally renowned suppliers, and also uses high-quality XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene), PVC (polyvinyl chloride), and other insulation materials. In order to ensure the stability of the cable in different environments, the factory also selects sheath materials with fire-resistant, moisture-proof, and UV-resistant properties. Through precise material control, the factory ensures that the cable has excellent electrical performance and a long service life.
