Generator Heater Silicone Cable for Protected Auxiliary Connections

Nacelles use anti-condensation heaters, cabinet fans and climate-control equipment to protect components during cold starts and temperature changes. GERITEL WIRE supplies a wind turbine HVAC cable made with Class 5 tinned copper conductors and silicone rubber insulation plus sheath for protected, fixed auxiliary routes. It can also be reviewed as a silicone cable for wind turbine control cabinet where movement is occasional and no tensile stress is applied. Standard SiHF-J is not a torsion cable for the tower loop, nor a continuously flexing drag-chain product. Wind-equipment engineers should verify vibration, oil, UV, moisture, fire and certification requirements.
