Australian client visits Greater Cable Company to inspect TPS cable procurement matters
Recently, Grete Cable Company welcomed an important customer from Australia. The purpose of this visit is to conduct on-site inspections of the TPS cables (Flat Twin and Earth Cable) produced by our company and to engage in in-depth discussions on future cooperative procurement projects.
1.Customer background and purpose of visit
The client visiting this time is the procurement manager of an Australian electrical engineering project company. They come from large construction contractor companies in Melbourne, and have long undertaken residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installation projects. Due to the high demand for TPS cables that meet the AS/NZS 5000.2 standard in the Australian market, customers have been looking for cable manufacturers with high quality, stable supply, and international certification.
Greater Cable has attracted high attention from customers due to its professional capabilities in the field of wire and cable, as well as the fact that its products have passed SAA certification, ISO system certification, and multiple international testing standards. After preliminary online negotiations and sample testing, the client decided to personally visit China for a comprehensive inspection of the factory.
2. Visiting Process and Key Points
Under the warm reception of the company's management, the client and his group first visited the production workshop of Greater Cable. The technical leader provided a detailed introduction to the production process of TPS wire, including key steps such as copper conductor drawing, insulation extrusion, cable formation, sheath forming, and finished product testing. The customer acknowledges our fully automated production equipment and strict quality control system.
Subsequently, the customer focused on inspecting TPS cable samples related to Australian standards, carefully checking the conductor specifications, insulation color, sheath size, and printing content. In the laboratory stage, technicians demonstrated key performance indicators such as insulation withstand voltage testing, flame retardant performance testing, and conductor resistance testing of cables, and all data met or even exceeded Australian standards.
3.Business Talks and Cooperation Intentions
In the subsequent business negotiations, the customer expressed high recognition of our company's products, especially satisfied with the consistency of TPS cable production and packaging methods. They specifically mentioned, "We need a large amount of TPS CABLE 2.5mm ² and TPS CABLE 1.5mm ² for residential electrical wiring in our engineering projects in Australia. Both parties have reached a preliminary agreement on the first batch of trial orders within the next three months, including 20 foot containers of mixed TPS cables with specifications ranging from TPS CABLE 1.5mm ² to TPS CABLE 6mm ². The customer also expressed their hope to develop into a long-term strategic partner in the future, and even explore the possibility of ODM OEM cooperation.
