Our 3/0 AWG tray cable offers flexible core options of 3 Conductor Tray Cable, 4 Conductor Tray Cable and 5 Conductor Tray Cable, built as rugged Heavy Duty Mining Cable to power all types of underground and surface mine machinery. Specially engineered as reliable Mining Equipment Cable, its thick abrasion-resistant jacket and high ampacity copper conductors withstand rock friction, mineral dust and harsh underground mining environments, while TC-ER certification allows exposed tray layout for mine power feeder circuits.

Product Description

 

The PVC/Nylon/PVC (THHN/THWN-2), 600V Power, TC-ER Direct Burial Cable consist of fully annealed bare copper Class B stranded conductors, covered with Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and oil and gas resistant Nylon insulation, unshielded and black PVC jacket. These cables are used in industrial power.

  • In conduit, duct, free air, raceways and direct burial, primary installations include cable trays, and outdoor locations
  • In wet or dry locations
  • Approved for Class I, Div. 2 industrial hazardous locations per NEC
  • Permitted for Exposed Run (ER) use in accordance with NEC for 3 or more conductors
