What is SAA Certification and Why is it Important?

Before diving into the limitations, it's essential to understand the significance of SAA certification. SAA (Standards Australia) is responsible for creating and maintaining standards for various products, including electrical cables. 2. Moisture and Water Resistance Limitations

In environments with extreme moisture, additional protective measures such as cable glands, seals, or even waterproof junction boxes are necessary.

3. Mechanical Stress and Physical Impact

SAA power cables are built to resist mechanical stress to a certain extent, but their performance can be compromised under heavy physical stress, especially when used in environments subject to continuous impact, abrasion, or crushing forces.

Limited Protection Against Heavy Mechanical Damage

5. Voltage Limitations
