Large 2 Core and Earth Feeder Cable for Main Switchboards
The 2×240+1×95E elastomer cable is designed for major fixed low-voltage feeders requiring two high-current active conductors and a substantial earth core. Its fine-stranded Class 5 design makes it a high current X-HF-110 cable that can be routed through protected substations and main switchrooms more easily than rigid alternatives. It is suitable as a main power distribution cable between transformer areas, main boards and large plant sections after engineering verification. X-HF-110 insulation and the HFS-110-TP sheath create an LSHF cable for transformer to switchboard connections rated up to 110°C conductor temperature. Applications

 

Flexible single core X-HF-110 insulated and HFS-110-TP sheathed cable for mains, submains and subcircuits unenclosed, enclosed in conduit or in underground ducts for building and industrial plants where not subject to mechanical damage. Suitable where space is at a premium and/or where conditions of overload may occur.

Can the cable be installed on cable tray?
Yes, it can be installed on a suitable tray as fixed wiring when support spacing, grouping, bend radius and mechanical protection are addressed. GERITEL WIRE provides tray installation 2C+E cable weight and diameter data for support calculations.
What cable cleats are suitable?
