In daily production and household wiring processes, we often encounter damage such as wire short circuits, burns, and aging. So, what measures can effectively prevent insulation damage to flat TPS cables and better protect the normal performance and operation of electrical cable TPS. Here are three emergency measures taken in the event of TPS electrical cable insulation damage in daily life.
(1) The current passing through TPS cables should not exceed the safe current carrying capacity of the wires; The safe current carrying capacity of each TPS cable size is different, for example: TPS 2.5 mm, 1.5 mm TPS, 4mm TPS cable, 6mm TPS cable, 10mm TPS cable, 16mm TPS cable
(2) Do not let the electrical cable TPS get damp, heated, corroded, bumped, or crushed. Try not to let the TPS cable wire pass through places with high temperature, humidity, corrosive vapors, and gases. The TPS wire should be properly protected when passing through places that are prone to bumping;
(3) Regularly inspect and repair the circuit, repair any defects immediately, and replace outdated twin active TPS in a timely manner to ensure the safe operation of the circuit.
